Frandy Peña
With a passion for barbering that began in 1996 during his senior year of high school, Frandy has dedicated his career to the art of grooming and the power of human connection. As the founder of Mission Barbers, he built more than just a barbershop; he created a space for community, confidence, and transformation. With every cut, he sees firsthand how grooming can uplift, empower, and restore confidence.
His dedication extends beyond the chair through Mission Haircraft, where he brings high-quality, performance-driven grooming products to those who care about quality. More than a business, his work is a mission—one rooted in craftsmanship, care, and a commitment to making a difference.

Meet the Peñas
Family is at the heart of everything Frandy does. He and his wife have been married for over 22 years, raising a lively and creative household with their five amazing kids—ranging from a college student to their newest little addition. Music is a big part of their lives, filling their home with rhythm and harmony.
Their family wouldn’t be complete without their beloved dogs, Lola, a rescue Australian cattle dog, and Indie, a playful chocolate lab. Whether through music, business, or community, Frandy’s mission is always about connection, creativity, and making a meaningful impact.
A message from the owner
I love seeing the emotional, mental and physical transformation happen in front of my eyes with a haircut and style. It's amazing how something so simple, can mean so much to a person.
Having gone through depression in years past I fully understand the need to connect. Giving people a more private place to unwind, relax, express themselves and be there for them, means everything to me.
At Mission (Haircraft + Barbershop) we volunteer our time and offer haircuts to the homeless, veterans and kids in children's homes. With the launch of Mission Haircraft we now have the ability to reach more communities, with additional resources and make a larger impact.
Mission (Haircraft + Barbershop) isn't simply a name that we found catchy - it's emblematic of how we feel about ourselves, our connection to the community and the good we want to do in this world.
From my family to yours, thank you for your continued support.
