Will the charcoal Perfect Pomade color my hair?

Nope! You can have white, blonde or any light colored hair and the Perfect Pomade will not leave or alter your natural hair color.

However, scientific and unofficial studies have shown that your SWAG level may increase by at least 234%.

Do your products get hard or crusty?

Gross, no.

These are high-quality, barber designed products for people who care about their hair.

Should I apply it wet, damp or dry?

Yes. Maybe. Kind of.

Here is the deal: everyones hair, texture, definition of those terms and what they want out of a final outcome is different.

Do not be afraid to experiment with the amount of product or level of dampness (or dry).

Payments

Do you accept pre-paid credit cards?

Yes, our system will accept pre-paid credit cards.

However please know that they have different transactional timeframes (additional delays) than a bank issued card.

Failed orders, cancelations, refunds and pre-authorizations will alter how you use the card and when your funds will be available. 

It's also important to note that a lot of pre-paid cards do require you to login to their system and create a billing zip code that's attached to the card so they can be used online.

Please make sure you speak to the issuer of the card.

How long do refunds take?

The timeframe for a refund can vary based on the bank, weekends , holidays and even the time the refund was submitted.

Typically you will see a refund in about 3 - 5 business days.

How do I change my card on file?

You can update the card on file by following a few quick steps:

  • Login to your account at: https://missionhaircraft.com/my-account/
  • From the My Account links you will click on "Payment methods".
  • You can then click the button that says "Add payment method" and enter your details.
  • When this is completed you can remove the old card on file.

Shipping & Delivery

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. All of our shipments will have tracking numbers. Once these are generated we will send you an email confirmation so you can follow the package.

Please note that sometimes the USPS, FedEx or UPS system can be down and will be delayed.

How soon will I get my package?

All of our orders are packed and ready to make their journey within 24 hours.

Exact delivery timeframes will be affected by distance, weather, holidays and weekends.

If you're cutting it close just shoot us an email and we can give you a pretty good estimate of how long it will take.

What service will you ship with?

We utilize the USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping platform.

Mission Haircraft will determine the best service to use within their system to get your package delivered.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

No, sorry. At this current time we do not offer overnight shipping. This is something we are looking to add but we do not have an exact timeframe.

Do you ship to APO / DPO / FPO?

Yes! Please keep in mind that these addresses can have a delay in delivery and the tracking number usually will not work.

Do you ship international?

No, sorry. At this current time we do not offer international shipping.

Orders

Can you change my order for me?

No, sorry! We have no way of changing your orders in the system (and it reflecting on your invoice) after it is placed.

What should I do if I think my order is lost?

First - breathe. Then shoot us an email using the contact form and give us a heads up. We got you.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Nope - sorry! Only one promotional code will be allowed per order.

What does "at least 10%" mean?

It means that as a company we will donate at least 10% of our profits to support the children in need.

We aren't setting a number on how much we can help. If we have the ability to contribute more and have a great impact - we will.
